Selling you the product is the easy part. Making sure it keeps paying you is my job.

A lot of software companies treat customer success as the department that answers the ticket. At Pongg, it is the department that makes sure the promise our sales team made to you is fulfilled every single month. I run that team, and I want to tell you what that looks like in practice.
Your Monthly Report
Every month you get a health report. It shows what Pongg captured for you: jobs booked, revenue collected, what came in after hours, and what people were calling about in the first place. That last part matters more than most owners expect. Knowing that a third of your calls are for a service you barely advertise is the kind of thing that changes a business.
How We Support You
We watch those numbers on our side too. If your conversion rate is lagging compared to similar companies, you will hear from us before you notice a problem. A customer success manager will walk through your settings with you, tune how your agent is handling calls, and walk you through the change. That is not a paid add-on. It is the job. Our support team is in-house and based in the United States.
When you call, you get someone who knows your account, not a queue. And a few times a year, you might find a box on your doorstep with some Pongg gear and a handwritten note. That is not a gimmick. It is a reminder that we think of this as a partnership, not a subscription. Our team measures every interaction against a simple standard. Does the customer feel more certain? Did we make their life easier?
Are they excited about what is next? If the answer to any of those is no, we are not done.
