Before Pongg, my brother Johnny and I were part owners in a home service business. We knocked doors, ran crews, and answered the phone from customers we could. What we learned the hard way is that most of the money you lose in a service business never shows up on a report. It walks away while your phone is ringing to voicemail.

What We Found

We looked into the AI receptionists and automation platforms that were already out there. Two things kept happening. Either the product was underwhelming, or it was powerful but needed someone with a technical background to make it work. A roofer doesn't have a prompt engineer on staff. Neither did we.

What We Built

Help service-based business owners automate their inbound leads from the first touch to the moment the deal is secured, and make that automation easy enough that it never adds to the owner's plate. We measure every customer interaction against a few questions: Does the customer feel more certain? Did we make their life easier? Would they confidently recommend us to a friend?
